Pre-Thanksgiving Skill Day Workout - Dumbbells

Meet at the Morley Field Parking Lot at 7:30AM.

We will cover dumbbell skills leading up to a Dumbbell Thruster and a Dumbbell Snatch.  Hope to see you there!
