Park Program WOD:

Meet at the Morley Field Pull-Up Bars @ 6pm.

As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:

5 Hand Stand Push-Ups
10 "V"-Ups
15 Squats

Post times for each round to comments.


Strength Program WOD:

Dead Lift 5-5-5
