We are joining CrossFit Weekend Warriors for their Free Workout at 10:00 am @ Mission Bay Park:

Five rounds, each for time of:

20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats

Rest 3 minutes between each round.
