As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
10 Jumping Jacks
10 Push-Ups
*Beginners will do 20 minutes of 3/3, Intermediates will do 20 minutes of 5/5.
Post number of rounds completed or comments.
We will meet at the Morley Field Pull-Up Bars at 6pm sharp, then move to a grassy area, circle up and do the workout together.
