CrossFit Endurance Workout at Mission Bay Park @ 5:45pm

The workout is TBD, it should be a fun mix of running intervals.

The workout was:

Put two lines 10m apart. Start a clock, on the first minute do one length, on the second minute do two lengths (touching the line each turn around), continue until you cant make the time interval.
