With a continuously running clock do one 135 pound Clean and Jerk the first minute, two 135 pound Clean and Jerks the second minute, three 135 pound Clean and Jerks the third minute... continuing as long as you are able.

Use as many sets each minute as needed.

As Rxed: 6 rnds + 5 reps

Then did 3 more pyramids to 5.

Myself and my workout partner went up to and completed the 10th set. I did 135 lbs and he did 115 lbs. There is about a 40 pound difference between us to though. That 9th and 10th set is murder. We timed each other and we both did two complete 10 minute rounds. 110 reps.
