Ten rounds for time of:
3 Weighted Pull-ups, 45 pounds
5 Strict Pull-ups
7 Kipping Pull-up
For weighted pull-ups place a 45 pound dumbbell between the legs above crossed ankles and jettison the dumbbell after third rep and continue with strict pull-ups and then the kipping pull-ups. Coming off the bar or going to ground constitutes termination of a set.
Post time and number of sets to completion.

First 4 rounds I did 15/15. Rounds 5-9 I completed all of the weighted and dead hang pull ups. My number of kippping PUs steadily decreased from 5 down to 0. I rested a little extra before my last round and was able to get 14/15. I think the whole thing took me ~30 min. I shared the bar with 2 other guys. 2 rested while the one guy worked.
