Push press 3-3-3-3-3 reps
Push Jerk 5-5-5-5-5 reps

To make up for missing yesterday I did "Cindy" 20 + 10 Push-Ups (PR). Then did todays workout, unfortunately I remembered it wrong and did 5-5-5, 3-3-3, 1-1-1. I also got my first "true" hand stand push-up. I did not maintain balance after I came up, thats the goal for tomorrow!
