I really wanted 355, I should have put 5's on. Next time.

Then I did some PT situps and hip extensions. Lastly I did 3-4-5 HSPUs

PR'd on Deadlift THREE times in the past month. Previous x1 was 345#, During CFT a month ago got 155#, three weeks ago got 167# x1, and finally last week got 150# x5. Yay fun!! ... Also, finally on the wall for HSPUs!!

That's awesome. I am super close to getting multiple HSPUs not needing a wall. I am also working on my planches. I need someone to take a picture of me so I can see what angle I'm at.
