1 1/2 pood Kettlebell X 21 swings (or 55 pound dumbbell swing)
12 Pull-ups

Couldn't run so I did 500m on a C2, had to use a dumbbell and the pull-up bar sucked too: 13:11

feeling pissed off I tried an experimental CrossFit Strength Bias WOD:

4 Rounds for time:
225# Bench Press, 5 reps
50 Air Squats
