I didn't have access to a computer to check the workout, so I made up:

Three rounds for time:
10 reps, each leg, one-legged squats

Then,

"A Heavier Fran"
15-12-9
115# Thrusters
2x Pull-Ups (i.e. 30, 24, 18)

I didn't time it, shame on me
