Deadlift, 1 rep

I wasn't at a good gym to do "Total" so I made up my own "Helen-ish" workout:
4 Rounds for time:
Row 500m
15 Pull-Ups
9 Kettlebell Swings, 1.5 Pood

It sucked,

Then I did:
3 Rounds for time:
Bench Press 225#, 3 reps
Air Squat, 50 reps

I didn't keep time.
