24:03, I think I might have lost count and done 11 rnds. It was the end of the 3 day set so I added some back squats: 225x5,225x5,235x5. They felt good, I am slowly getting my squat strength back. I am experimenting with doing hand stands between sets. For one, just to practice and two, forcing myslef to balance upsidedown after a hard effort. My handstands are getting very stable, I can easily lower my nose to the ground, coming back up is a work-in-progress.
