THURSDAY 090319

Ten rounds for time of:
3 Weighted Pull-ups, 45 pounds
5 Strict Pull-ups
7 Kipping Pull-ups

For weighted pull-ups place a 45 pound dumbbell between the legs above crossed ankles and jettison the dumbbell after third rep and continue with strict pull-ups and then the kipping pull-ups. Coming off the bar or going to ground constitutes termination of a set.

Post time and number of sets to completion.

I did the 10 sets on a 2 min clock (20:00 workout). I was able to complete all the Rx'ed pull ups th first 4-5 rounds, then I was all over the place after that, completing 3-4 one round and then being rested enough to do 8-10 the next.
