95 pound Sumo-deadlift high-pull, 10 reps
10 Ring dips

BEGINNER'S WOD (Day 7 of 30):

Seven rounds for time of:
45 (Women) or 75 (Men) pound Sumo-deadlift high-pull, 10 reps
10 Dips, if you can't do Dips do Push-Ups, if you can't do Push-Ups do Knee Push-Ups.
