Missed the last two workouts, so I'm going to try and get to yesterday's, today. Keep up the postings -- keeps me motivated to get to the gym after a day sitting at my desk. My one request is still that you show a little more personality in your postings -- try and tell a little story or something in them. A really good alternative is to post videos of you doing some of the workouts -- I know that it'd be both helpful to see the exercises as well as motivational.
Also, thanks for adding the OpenID sign-in. I'm still trying to decide how much I like open id, but it's definitely useful for posting to blogs (which I've only begun doing recently).
Have you figured out how to use google analytics to see descriptions of your site visitors?
